I only drink water. Yep, that’s it. If you’ve been around here for long, you are probably aware I had an intense Diet Coke addiction at one time. I was getting up for news very early in the morning during that time and I survived on caffeine alone.
After awhile, I realized all that caffeine was not doing my body good. I gave it up. Cold turkey. Done. I was so tired of my body feeling tired that I kicked the habit entirely.
Now, I have no problem drinking water. In fact, I’m drinking water right now. That is all I drink. However, every once in awhile I like to give my water a little kick. Enter flavored water or infused water.
I use an infused water bottle (the one below is my favorite) but you can also use an infused water pitcher.
One of the most popular flavors is cucumber but the possibilities are endless. Personally, I love strawberries, lemon and mint. Check out the video below and find out how I make my own infused water!

I also love water but wondered how to infuse and leave sit without the water going bad. I am going to try to get one of these bottles the next time I visit the US.

I recently gave up soda and have switched to (mostly) water, and have been debating trying this infused water stuff. I’m glad to have the caffeine out of my routine, but I do miss flavor, ha! Strawberry and lemon water would be divine!
